Broshar Consulting, located in Pennsylvania (PA), was founded in 2000 to provide hands on consulting services to ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), physician practices, hospitals and others in the health care arena. As a Broshar client you will benefit from our:

Leadership:

Deborah S. Kitz, Ph.D. is the Principal of Broshar Consulting. The breadth of Debbie’s prior experience contributes to the approach taken by Broshar in serving its ambulatory surgical center, hospital and physician practice clients. Debbie’s previous professional positions include:

• Vice President for Ambulatory Care and Assistant to the President, Temple University Health System
• Executive Director (founding), Abington Surgical Center
• Director, Governor/Chapter Activities, American College of Physicians
• Various research, administrative and academic positions, University of Pennsylvania and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania

Some of Debbie’s perspective also comes from her activities in professionally related
organizations such as:

• Pennsylvania Ambulatory Surgery Association (Board of Directors 1992-3, 1996-98, 2000-current)
• Medical Group Management Association

Debbie received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
